I've been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 20 years. I owned a gym for many years where I built a strong business here in the Greenville area and have worked with a large number of clients through the years. I am a NPC Bodybuilding judge and work with a wide variety of clients from the recreational fitness enthusiast to seasoned elite bodybuilding athletes. I specialize in strength training, functional movement training as well as competitive body building.
